Trojan Family,

I would like to formally introduce myself as the District Athletic Director for North College Hill City Schools. I am grateful for the opportunity and I am excited to begin my journey at NCH!

I have an extensive background centered around helping kids/young adults, through athletics.

I am arriving at NCH from Archbishop Moeller High School where I served in a dual role in Athletics and Administration. Prior to Moeller, I served as Athletic Director in the Cincinnati Public Schools District. Prior to my time in the Cincinnati Public Schools District, I was a Track & Field Coach at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. While at the University of Southern California, we won the NCAA Division 1 National Track and Field Championship in 2021. I have also coached several individual NCAA Division 1 Champions and PAC-12 Champions. I also coached Professionally while in Los Angeles, culminating in several Olympic Gold Medals for Michael Norman, Rai Benjamin, Sydney Mclaughlin, and Kendall Ellis at the Olympic Games. Prior to joining the University of Southern California staff, I coached Track and Field at Florida State University. At Florida State University, we won multiple ACC Championships and finished top 10 Nationally in both Mens and Womens teams final rankings. Prior to Florida State University, I served as Associate Athletic Director at Turpin High School, and also Athletic Director and Track and Field coach at Cincinnati Withrow High School, winning the OHSAA Division 1 Track & Field State Championship in 2015, 2016 and 2017. 

Prior to beginning my professional career, I played football and attended the University of Akron, culminating in a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. I also have a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Florida State University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from Tiffin University.

Prior to the University of Akron, I played football and ran track at Withrow High School where I was 1st team All-State in Track & Field. 

I am a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Speed & Agility (OhYesSirTraining.com). Clients include Odell Beckham Jr, Saquon Barkley, Brandin Cooks, Sterling Shepard, Jason Verrett, Marcus Allen, Amani Oruwariye, and Amir Riep. 

I am the President of the Cincinnati, Ohio chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, which has a mission of developing leaders, promoting brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities (CincinnatiAlphas.com). 

I am married to Skyler Walton, formerly Skyler Willis, who ran track and was an All-American and National Champion at Withrow High School. Upon graduation, she held the City of Cincinnati High Jump record at 5 '9" and the City of Cincinnati 4x400 meter relay record at 3:45.62. She ran track at the University of Akron culminating in a MAC Championship, school record in the 400-meter hurdles, school record in the 100-meter hurdles, and school record in the 4x400 meter relay. She is a member of the Withrow Athletic Hall of Fame and Cincinnati Public Schools Athletic Hall of Fame.
