Fourteen NCH Marketing Management & Research students competed in the 72nd annual Ohio DECA Career Development Conference this past weekend, and once again North College Hill DECA celebrated success.
Khairi Harris finished in the top 10 of the Quick Serve Marketing event, Gerald Thomas & Adrian Ward finished in the top 10 of the Sports & Entertainment Team event, Jazsmin Vaughn scored a 4th place finish in the Apparel & Accessories event, Falyn Purcell took 3rd place in the Hotel & Lodging event, while Mekhi Jones & Zakaria Ouadi captured the 2nd place trophy in the Buying & Merchandising Marketing team event.
Jazsmin, Falyn, Zakaria, and Mekhi all have qualified for the International Career Development Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, April 22nd through 26th. This is the largest group of NCH DECA students ever to qualify for the International DECA competition!
North College Hill DECA has now also had at least 1 National qualifier seven out of the last eight years!
