About Me
Welcome to NCH! I am Mrs. D'Andrea. I've been at NCH Elementary since 2018 and can't imagine being anywhere else. I graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Psychology and shortly after from the University of Cincinnati with a M.Ed. in School Counseling. I have 2 wonderful children and 2 rambunctious dogs. My goal is to provide counseling services to all students. No problem is too small or too big! I provide person-centered and solution-focused counseling, and I love to use play therapy techniques with kids. I'm here to help.

About Me
Hello, my name is Mr. Roberson, and I am proud to serve as the Safety Coach at North College Hill Elementary. With 18 years of experience in the district, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive. My training in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), trauma-informed care, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) helps me support students with compassion, build trust, resolve conflicts, and promote positive change. I also value strong partnerships with families and the community to help connect students with the support they need both inside and outside of school. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my son compete in sports, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals.
